What are the financial responsibilities?
Hume’s 2021 Meadow Ranch fee for campers is: $615
Fee must be paid in full by June 4.
Deposit and payment plan:
A $162 initial deposit is required at the time of registration, followed by (3) additional monthly payments of $151 each. You may also pay in full at the time of registration. All camp payments must be received no later than June 4.
For those needing additional assistance, we have individual scholarships available. Your Scholarship Request must be completed by April 2 to be considered.
Hume’s Cancellation Policy:
If your child has been registered and can no longer attend camp, you will be responsible for your child’s camp fee per Hume’s cancellation policy:
• If we are able to fill your child’s spot, you will receive a full refund
• If Hume has cancelled camp due to COVID-19, you will receive a full refund
Financial Responsibility Agreement:
During the online registration process, we’ll ask you to agree to and sign a Financial Responsibility Agreement. By signing this agreement, you commit to the payment plan and cancellation policy noted above. All camper spots have been prepaid by NorthPointe Church and we are therefore responsible to provide the above payments and abide by the cancellation policy as well.
What time do the campers leave and return?
Departure will be on Sunday, June 27. We’ll gather at 12:30pm for a Health Screening and brief parent meeting before we depart. We’ll return on Saturday, July 3.
How will we get there?
We will plan to carpool
How can I prepare my child for Meadow Ranch?
If your child has never attended Meadow Ranch before, we recommend checking out the Meadow Ranch info at Hume Lake’s website. You’ll find answers to questions, videos, photos and other great info. You can also go to their media page and look at photos from previous years so you can see all the fun students have had at Meadow Ranch.
What if my child has special dietary requirements?
Hume Lake is great about accommodating whatever is needed for your child although there is a small fee to have special meal accommodations. You’ll be given more information about this in the spring when it comes time to complete a Hume Lake registration form. In the meantime, if you have questions about their dietary accommodations, contact Hume Lake directly. Their phone number is (559) 305-7770.
Who are our counselors?
Our team of counselors is a mix of NP Staff and NPSM Leaders. Each counselor goes through a rigorous safety check and is chosen based upon their God given SHAPE.
We are prayerfully planning this Summer Camp experience for students and expect God to do great things. We’re excited to hang out with your child at Meadow Ranch!
