Ladies, learn how to improve your strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement. You will build basic body strength while improving your overall mobility, health and wellness. This class is very low impact and is great for beginners or anyone looking to transition from a sedentary lifestyle. A light set of dumbbells and mat are required. Drop in for $5 per class!

Class meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning.
