Hi Parents! For the month of November, we will be focusing on gratitude with our elementary kids. This week our bottom line was “be thankful for what you have”. Ask your kids who was not thankful in their story today. How had God taken care of the Israelites? Rather than be thankful, what did they do? It is so easy to lose sight of all that God has blessed us with, especially if we fall into the comparison trap. Take some time today to make a list of things God has given you and then take time to thank him for them.
