Summer Extreme Days (SXD) 2023

SUMMER EXTREME DAYS

READY, SET, MOVE!
DATE: June 19 – 23
6-9pm on our Milburn Campus

Summer Extreme Days is a week of extreme fun! Kids aged 4 through 6th grade (entering in the Fall) will get to learn about Jesus, play games and do crafts, enjoy Bible stories, music and great teaching, and hang out with friends. This year, our theme is “Ready, Set, Move” and kids are going to discover that Jesus is everywhere we go. He wants us to follow Him, here, there, and everywhere on our journey of faith. It’s going to be an exciting week as we move and see the evidence of Jesus being everywhere and we can’t wait for your kids to be a part of it! At the end of the week, each family is invited to join their child for Family Fun Night! This is a time for families to experience the songs, stories, and fun your child has had all week. We’ll treat the family to hot dogs, snow cones, water slides, games and more.

$25 | For each child (Required at registration)
Includes: T-shirt, Drawstring Bag, and more fun items!

Registration for volunteers opens Sunday, April 16th!

Will there be training?

Mark your calendars for the following dates and times:

New Volunteer Meeting- 5/7/23 @12:45pm in Kingdom Kids
If you’ve never served at SXD, this is a chance to learn about the specific ways to plug in and help.

Volunteer Training- 6/4 @ 12:45pm or 6/5 @ 6:30pm
Attend one of these trainings to get equipped to serve kids for the week.

What time do I have to be there each night?

During the week of SXD most volunteer roles serve Monday-Friday from 5:30-9:00pm

What if I can’t make every night?

We do hope that you can make each night, however, let us know in advance if you can’t and we will work to have a plan in place.

What do I wear to SXD?

All volunteers will be given a shirt, bag and name tag for the week. We ask that you wear them each night to help our kids and leaders recognize you and for our security teams to know you are there to serve.

What if I have a child that isn’t old enough to be a part of SXD?

We actually have childcare available for volunteers that want to serve for the week, but have children that aren’t old enough to attend. These littles have a blast hanging with leaders and teachers that play and care for them throughout the week. They are even seen strolling around and enjoying some of the sights and sounds of SXD!
